All of your staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The location of the site is perfect.
The shop was enough for basic provisions.
We had 4 nights of disturbed sleep until 3 or 4 am because of a group of young people walking and running around with torches and laughing / shouting.
We felt they were very disrespectful of other campers. We complained three times about this.
We think this could have been dealt with more firmly.

Area and location lovely, River beach and pool lovely and relaxed (No lifeguard controlling everyone!)
A few of the pitches where we were, were not ideally suited to caravans or campervans due to the slope and accessibility around the trees.
The toilet block was cleaned very regularly but obviously had a drainage issue which meant we weren't able to use them or comfortably sit outside our van a few times due to the smell at its strongest.

The location of the campsite is fantastic - right by the river and many attractions close by. The swimming pool area was always very clean and reception staff are very friendly. We didn't want to leave!! We have stayed with you twice and we'll be back again.
the restaurant closed without any warning - we went ready for a meal on the monday of our last week only to find it closed for the rest of the season. Next time we will make sure we go in our first week!
